Paddle along the bottom of the chalk cliffs past Seaford Head, on to Cuckmere Haven before paddling beneath the Seven Sisters, time permitting we'll paddle pass Birling Gap on to Beachy Head lighthouse before returning to Birling Gap for lunch and then returning to Seaford.
